As we checked ( PAL ) Philippine Airlines travel status of flight PR 2860 online , It was confirmed that it has already arrived to its destination ( Manila ). As a first timer parents of an 18 year old missionary you cannot help but get excited and at the same time being worried about your son's situation. You ask yourself questions like ( was he able to lock his baggage, did he not forget to unload those baggage, was he able to find the person from the Travel Area that would fetch him ). As a missionary of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints, one of the rules going to ( MTC ) Missionary Training Center is that they are not allowed to bring any cellphones with them. ( that's how we were told ). We could not sleep without these questions being answered, we decided to text the Area Travel representative who was handling the flight itinerary of Elder Sy. We were so happy to see the reply of Bro. Glenn stating that Elder Sy was already at the hotel resting together with 3 other missionaries that is also going to Provo Utah MTC. We are so thankful to Bro. Glenn that night for the instant reply, knowing that he is handling so many of the traveling missionaries.We were able to sleep soundly after that.
4:30 am Dec. 16, 2015 (Tuesday )
When I woke up at around 4:15 am to prepare for my early morning seminary class, another question crept into my mind. Was Elder Sy able to wake up at 2 am to prepare for his early morning flight at 5:10 am ( Manila To Hong Kong ). I was tempted to text the Area Travel Agency again, but my wife this time told me to calm down and said that everything would be alright. Faith is all that matters.

Glad to know Elder Sy was able to arrive at the Hong Kong International Airport safely.
Next Challenge: The 12 hour trip from Hong Kong to Los Angeles.
